TERMS OF WARRANTY

ORA TIRANA provides a voluntary store warranty for watches only. Accessories are excluded.

WARRANTY DETAILS FOR WATCHES

1. Coverage lasts one year from the invoice date.
2. It covers manufacturing defects and the timekeeping mechanism.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

1. Wear and tear.
2. Mishandling damage, including damage to glass, straps, the case or bracelet.
3. Damage caused by unauthorized opening.
4. Water entering a non-water-resistant watch.
5. Indirect losses resulting from these circumstances.

Eligible faults will be corrected by adjustment, repair or replacement of components or the movement, without a repair charge.

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM

1. Email ora_tirana@hotmail.com with your order number and fault details.
2. Wait for approval and shipping instructions. Customers pay shipping and handling; collection is not provided.
3. We assess the watch and send progress updates by email.
4. Repaired watches are dispatched within one week of receipt.
5. If repair is impossible, we email an alternative proposal.

CONSUMER RIGHTS

This voluntary warranty does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
