Information used for your order

When you place an order, we collect your full name, phone number, city or village, delivery address, country and any optional notes. We also store the products ordered, quantities, currency, prices and order status.

We use this information to process orders, arrange delivery, provide order support and handle exchanges or refunds. Please avoid putting sensitive personal information in order notes.

Services involved

Our store uses Supabase for its database, authentication and product-image storage. Order information needed to fulfil delivery is shared with the delivery provider.

Links to WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook open those services, where their own privacy policies apply. Currency conversion uses an external exchange-rate service.

Browser storage

The website uses browser storage for shopping-cart contents, your currency preference and authentication sessions used by store features.

Order tracking

Order tracking accepts an order ID or phone number without a verification code. Anyone who knows one of these details can look up the associated order status, order date, order ID and product photos. Customer names and delivery addresses are not displayed in tracking results.

Keeping and accessing information

Order records are used for fulfilment, customer support and applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact us to ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.
